RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Terms and Conditions

RETURNS

  1. If you need to return some or all of your order, and you notify us within 7 working days of receiving the good(s), and return them to us within 30 working days of receipt, we will refund the full value of the goods and the original postage fees. If you notify us from 8-30 working days of receipt and return within 30 working days of receipt we will refund the value of the item(s) only. More than 30 working days after the original date you received the good(s), returns will not be accepted.
    The items will be returned to us at your own expense (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective - in these cases we will reimburse you for Royal Mail (or equivalent) postage costs for the parcel upon receipt of the goods in question) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.

  3. In most cases, we make a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you paid by cheque, it will take longer for you to receive the refund, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be paid directly back to your card.
  4. We accept partial returns for items which are a part of packages.
  5. Items purchased in our website stores can be returned to our physical stores with a proof of purchase.
  6. Items marked as made to the customer's specfications order are not returnable (selected kilts, dresses, skirts, sporrans, jackets, etc), this means they cannot be returned for exchange or refund under any circumstances barring an error on our part.
  7. When sending products back to us for refund or exchange please make sure there are no surcharges to the recipient. In our experience, broker service charges apply to the receipients when shipping via UPS. Our company does not cover them, which may affect in failed delivery and return of a parcel.

EXCHANGES

  1. If you are exchanging an item, you need to give us full name, address, order number and state that this is a return package.
  2. Returned and exchanged items need to be send to:

  3. We will cover all shipping costs incurred in the return or exchange of any item where the return has been necessitated by a fault on our part. Please contact us for details of how to claim a refund of return shipping costs you have incurred if you feel you have been affected by an error on our part.
  4. In cases where a return or exchange has been needed due to a customer's error, return shipping costs will not be refunded, and a postage fee may be charged for replacement items to be dispatched, Please contact our customer service team for more details.
  5. Please note that it takes us 7 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Department.
  6. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item along with a letter informing about the product you would like to exchange it for. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery of the original parcel to you.
  7. If you wish to exchange an item, you are obliged to provide us all details considering new purchase (enclosing item code, size, colour, etc.)
  8. When sending products back to us for refund or exchange please make sure there are no surcharges to the recipient. EXCEPTIONS

Due to reasons pertaining to hygiene and copyright, the following items are non-returnable if used, unless faulty:
  1. Underwear/lingerie, and swimwear.
  2. Hats and hair accessories.
  3. Pierced earrings and pierced body jewelry.
  4. Cosmetics and toiletries and towels.
  5. Food and Beverages, unless unopened.
Goods (services) beyond the standard catalog products, made to the customer's specfications and tailored to the individual's needs are also non-returnable.
