These terms and conditions of the sale,
apply to the Hallowen Pricing Horror Sales only.

Hallowen Pricing Horror entitles the customer to 15% off the price visible on the product.
Discounted price is visible in the checkout.
15% off discount does not refer to products purchased by kilt package and kilt chooser. These packages have been discounted already, sometimes exceeding 15% discount.
15% off discount does not refer to products which are already discounted. If a product is already discounted there is a note stating so, beneath its description.
This sale reffers to the products purchased in our online shops - heritageofscotland.com and scotlandshopdirect.com
The promotion lasts from 10:00 17th of October 2007 to 23:59 31st of October 2007 (GMT Greenwich Time).
Do notice that the counter visible on the main page (www.heritageofscotland.com, www.scotlandshopdirect.com) shows only the estimated time of the duration of the promotion. This is because it is based on time set in your computer. So if time on your computer differs from GMT Greenwich Time – values can be slightly different.
Customers are entitled to purchuse products during the sale more then once.
In the case of any changes in the special sale, customers will be notified immediately.
