Terms and conditions of
the January 2008 Sales

These terms and conditions of the sale,
apply to the January 2008 Sales only.

1. January sales entitles the customer to 20%-10% (depending on the day of purchase) off the price visible on the product.
2. Exact percents of discount are following:
   • 10th of January: 20%
   • 11th of January: 20%
   • 12th of January: 19%
   • 13th of January: 18%
   • 14th of January: 17%
   • 15th of January: 16%
   • 16th of January: 15%
   • 17th of January: 15%
   • 18th of January: 15%
   • 19th of January: 15%
   • 20th of January: 14%
   • 21th of January: 13%
   • 22th of January: 12%
   • 23th of January: 11%
   • 24th of January: 10%
3. Discounted price is visible in the checkout.
4. 20%-10% off discount does not refer to products purchased by kilt package and kilt chooser. These packages have been discounted already, sometimes exceeding 15% discount.
5. 20%-10% off discount does not refer to products which are already discounted. If a product is already discounted there is a note stating so, beneath its description.
6. This sale reffers to the products purchased in our online shops - heritageofscotland.com and scotlandshopdirect.com
7. The promotion lasts from 00:00 10th of January 2008 to 23:59 24th of January 2008 (GMT Greenwich Time).
8. Customers are entitled to purchase products during the sale more then once.
9. In the case of any changes in the special sale, customers will be notified immediately.
