Terms and conditions of
Sporran August Sale 

These terms and conditions of the sale,
apply to Sporran August Sale only.

1. Sporran August Sale 2008 entitles the customer to 15% off the price visible on the product.
2. Discounted price is visible in the checkout.
3. 15% off discount does not refer to products purchased by kilt package and kilt chooser. These packages have been discounted already, sometimes exceeding 15% discount.
4. 15% off discount does not refer to products which are already discounted. If a product is already discounted there is a note stating so, beneath its description.
5. This sale reffers to the products purchased in our online shops - heritageofscotland.com and scotlandshopdirect.com
6. The promotion lasts from 10:00 1st of August 2008 to 23:59 31th of August 2008 (GMT Greenwich Time).
7. Do notice that the counter visible on the main page (www.heritageofscotland.com, www.scotlandshopdirect.com) shows only the estimated time of the duration of the promotion. This is because it is based on time set in your computer. So if time on your computer differs from GMT Greenwich Time – values can be slightly different.
8. Customers are entitled to purchase products during the sale more then once.
9. In the case of any changes in the special sale, customers will be notified immediately.
