We are adding products to our shop all the time. If you didn't find what you were looking for, please contact us and there is a good chance that we have it and that we can send it to you!

Need an exchange?
Please be aware that we do not refund or exchange made to measure items such as custom kilts, skirts, etc. If you need help determining your correct size for one of these items please see the measurement guides mentioned above or seek out our help . Remember that we list UK sizes in our product options.
For other items you can return them to us at the address below. It is very important that you include a brief note with your return. In the note please mention your ORDER NUMBER, why you are returning the product, and what you need done. If there was no mistake made on our part, there will be a 8.50 £ postage charge to mail out your exchange product, charged to the card you used to place the order. When asking for a different size, color, etc., please check our website first to make sure the product does indeed come in the new configuration. Here is the address for the returns:

We will not pay their "custodial" fee, and probably will not receive your package. Fed-Ex or other carriers should be fine.
Shipping Concerns:
When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the name of the shipping company, and the tracking number of your parcel. It is your responsibility to make sure you take delivery of the parcel. In the event that the goods are returned to us by the courier, there will be a charge to resend them. A shipping charge is also deducted from any refunds of returned unclaimed shipments. Here are the websites of couriers we use:
